Mini Zipper Pouch with Pleated Ruffle Pattern

I’m so excited to share with you the release of my new Mini Zipper Pouch with Pleated Ruffle Pattern! That’s a mouthful isn’t it? I just adore making these fun pouches, they sew up quickly, use very little fabric and make perfect gifts for friends or teachers! The pleated ruffle detail makes these look fancy, but is super easy to create. Mini zipper pouches are the perfect size for gift cards, organizing your purse, holding hair accessories, or for use as a coin purse. You can make a wrist strap or add them to a lanyard to carry around!

I make them all the time and love having a stash on hand for last minute gift ideas or as a fun little extra in a gift!

I love purchasing my zippers from https://www.etsy.com/shop/zipit, they have a fantastic assortment of colors and styles and their prices are awesome. (No, not an ad, I just love them!)
I get my d-rings from Wal-Mart, they have them in their sewing notions area and come in a package of 4 for $.88!
Here is my method for creating the wrist straps! I love making these not just for pouches, but to use as keychains as well.
